Vince Vance & the Valiants started on Friday, September 18, 1971. 2002 is their 30th anniversary. Since then, they have performed nearly 6,000 shows in thirteen countries and 34 states, including two shows at the White House in 1994 & 1995. Vince's tallest hair day is 18.365 inches. And, yes, that is all his hair. Vince Vance & the Valiants has the reputation of being a fun-loving, family concert act who enjoys their 13,000+ active member fan club. Vince Vance & the Valiants performs about 200 concert dates annually from Canada to South America, the Waldorf to the White House, the Super Dome to the Super Bowl grossing a million dollars per year in live performance revenues and travel self-contained with a tour bus, diesel rig, complete audio and lighting production. Vince Vance & the Valiants have made money on EVERY record product they have EVER released. Vince Vance & the Valiants currently have 3 record contracts on three different albums with Waldoxy Records. Waldoxy is a subsidiary of Malaco Records, the number one independent record label in the world. Their three albums are:

2.) I Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans
3.) Tamale Wagon In total . . . Vince Vance & the Valiants has recorded 16 singles, 8 albums and have had two number one hits:
a.) Bomb Iran of 1980-81 written during the Hostage Crisis was the most-popular propaganda parody release of all times.
b.) All I Want for Christmas is You of 1989-2001 was the number one country Christmas song and most-requested song at Christmas each of those years.
The girl singers, or Valiantettes, of Vince Vance & the Valiants, without exception, have always had names that begin with the letter "V." Currently they are introduced as The Vivacious, Voluptuous Vixens of Rock n' Roll, the Valuable, yet Vulnerable, Valiantettes, Velicity, Vanessa and Voxie! The first "T" is silent in the name Valiantette. It is actually pronounced Val-yun-nets
Except for Vince, none of the boys in Vince Vance & the Valiants have ever had a name that started with the letter "V." Our long standing band line-up includes: Dr. Edward C. "Doc" Loftus, musical director on keys and vocals; Shane McCauley AKA Tall McCall, the tallest drummer in the world; David "Norrie" Norris, the Big Daddy of the six string bass and our primo balladeer; and, Teen Heart-Throb Keith Taylor on lead guitar. Vince Vance & the Valiants contains a staff of four writers and a musical director and arranger. Vince travels with 50 complete costume changes, a case of hair spray, 3 industrial strength blow dryers, 40 pair of sunglasses, 15 bow ties, 12 cummerbunds, 6 gold chain necklaces, 10 scarves, 6 feather boas, 14 pairs of shoes & 3 pairs of boots. Vince Vance was the annual spokesperson for the Texas Narcotics Officers Association (1989-1991) and is active in several charities benefiting mental retardation and family abuse problems. In 1994, Vince established the Vince Vance Scholarship Fund at George Washington University to benefit needy students obtain their Masters of Science Degree in Event Planning. Vince Vance is a member of the A. F. of M. Local 47-196, a voting member of NARAS (National Academy of the Recording Arts and Sciences awards the Grammys each year.) and is affiliated with the composing rights organization SESAC.
