We
are pleased to offer you the ability to create your
own Artist Page on the Website (the "Service").
Your use of this Service is subject to the provisions
set forth in the Got Local Music.com Submission
Agreement (the "Agreement"), in addition to following
terms
of services (the "Terms of Services").
All terms not defined below shall have the same
meaning given them in the Agreement.
- We
may establish general practices and limits concerning
use of the Service. For example, we may limit
the size or change the format of your Artist
Page. You agree to accept these general practices
and limits as they may be in effect from time
to time. In addition, we reserve the right at
any time and from time to time to modify or
discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the
Service (or any portion thereof) with or without
notice. You agree that we will not be liable
to you or to any third party for any modification,
suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
- You
shall comply with all laws and regulations applicable
to your use of the Artist Page, including all
local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable
content. Also, you agree to comply with all
applicable laws regarding the transmission of
technical data exported from the United States
or the country in which you reside. You may
only use the Artist Page for personal purposes,
not commercial purposes. In addition, you
agree not to use the Service or Artist Page
to: (i) "stalk" or otherwise harass another;
(ii) collect or store personal data about other
users; (iii) promote or provide instructional
information about illegal activities, promote
physical harm or injury against any group or
individual, or promote any act of cruelty to
animals (this may include, but is not limited
to, providing instructions on how to assemble
bombs, grenades and other weapons.
- You
agree that we may terminate the Artist Page,
your use of the Service and remove and discard
any content from the Artist Page, for any reason,
including, without limitation, for lack of use.
You agree that any termination of your access
to the Service may be effected without prior
notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may
immediately deactivate or delete Artist Page
and all related information and files, and/or
bar any further access to such files or the
Service.
- With
respect to any Material you upload to our servers:
a.
You are solely responsible for all such Material.
This means that you, and not we, are entirely
responsible for all Material that you upload,
post or otherwise transmit via the Service.
We are not responsible for controlling the
Material uploaded to our servers via the Service
and, as such, do not guarantee the accuracy,
truthfulness or quality of such Material.
However, we may take any action with respect
to such Material if we believe it may create
liability for us.
b.
Solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing
and promoting the Artist Page, you hereby
grant to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free
right to publish, exhibit, transmit and publicly
display the Artist Page and all Materials
you post to the Artist Page. This license
shall exist only for as long as you continue
to use the Artist Page and shall be terminated
when your use of the Service is terminated
